Transport Canada recall 2026037 · manufacturer campaign 20D
29 January 2026
Transport Canada lists: Grand 2021–2023
What is wrong
On certain vehicles, the recall repairs completed by an FCA dealer during recall 64A (Transport Canada recall no. 2023-336) may not have been done correctly. As a result, a second repair is required. On certain vehicles, the rear coil springs may not have been installed correctly. As a result, the spring(s) could detach from the vehicle while driving. Note: This recall affects 2022-2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee and 2021-2023 Grand Cherokee L models.
Why it matters
A coil spring that detaches from the vehicle could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash.
What the dealer will do
FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, repair the rear coil spring assemblies.
