What is wrong

On certain vehicles, the instrument cluster could go blank intermittently and be unable to display important information. This could result in the driver not being aware of vehicle speed or any malfunction lights turning on, which could affect vehicle performance and increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property.

What is wrong

Certain vehicles may fail to comply with the requirements of the Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations. The certification label may not contain the required National Safety Mark nor a statement of conformity, which is contrary to the requirements of the regulations.

Dealers will replace the certification label with a corrected label.

What is wrong

Certain vehicles may have been equipped with a passenger frontal airbag inflator that does not meet specifications. This could cause the passenger frontal airbag to fail to deploy in the event of a crash, which could increase the risk of injury to the front passenger seat occupant.

What the dealer will do

Dealers will replace the passenger frontal airbag assembly.
