What is wrong

On certain vehicles, the pivot bolt(s) securing the roof crossbars may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the crossbar(s) could detach from the vehicle. Note: This recall also affects certain 2023-2026 Wagoneer L models and Grand Wagoneer L models.

Why it matters

A crossbar that detaches from the vehicle could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash.

What the dealer will do

FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and secure the roof crossbar(s), as necessary.

On certain vehicles, the window trims on the front doors may not have been secured properly. As a result, the trim(s) could loosen and separate from the vehicle.

Why it matters

Trim that detaches from the vehicle could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash.

FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the window trim(s).
