POSSIBILITY THAT THE MOULDED HEATER INLET HOSE LOCATED UNDER THE INSTRUMENT PANEL MAY HAVE BEEN DAMAGED DURING INSTALLATION. VEHICLE OCCUPANTS COULD BE SPRAYED BY HOT ENGINE COOLANT IF THE HOSE FAILS.
