What is wrong

On certain vehicles, the adhesive and primer used during assembly of the panoramic roof glass panel may not have been to the correct specification. This could result in the panoramic roof assembly becoming loose, and potentially detaching from the vehicle while the vehicle is in motion. If this were to occur, it could impact nearby persons or objects, resulting in injury and/or vehicle and property damage.

What the dealer will do

Dealers will re-bond the panoramic roof glass panel.”
