What is wrong

On certain vehicles, if the tire repair kit nozzle is not properly attached to the tire valve, pressure could build up in the sealant bottle. As a result, excessive pressure could cause the bottle cap to detach.

Why it matters

If the bottle cap detaches, it could increase the risk of injury.

What the dealer will do

Honda will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the nozzle on the tire repair kit. If the sealant bottle has been previously used, it will be replaced.
