On certain vehicles, the steering may become stiff due to overheating of the power steering fluid causing damage to the hydraulic seals in the steering box and pump.
Dealer will replace the power steering cooling coil, oil tank, oil line, pump and box.

On certain vehicles, the fuel supply and return lines may leak where the ferrule of the union meets the flexible pipe. Should such a condition occur, the result would be leakage of fuel from the fractured line, in which case, the risk of fire would exist.
Dealer will install updated fuel lines.

On certain vehicles, the wheel bolt inserts fitted in the magnesium wheel may show signs of cracking resulting in a reduction of torque applied to the wheel. If this problem occurs, handling may be affected, however the wheel should not separate from the vehicle.
Dealer will replace all four magnesium wheel with aluminum wheels.
Recall letters go to whoever owns the car on paper, which may not be you. Save your 1997 Ferrari 550 and we will email you the day Transport Canada issues a new recall for it.
