Transport Canada recall 2014543 · manufacturer campaign RA-01-0019

3 December 2014

Transport Canada lists: DB 9 2006–2014 · DBS 2006–2014 · V 12 2006–2014 · Vantage 2006–2014 · and 1 more

What is wrong

On certain vehicles, a defect in the seat heater wiring could cause the front seat heaters to remain on even when the control switch is in the "off" position. This could cause certain areas of the seats to overheat, which could result in injury to seat occupants and increase the risk of a fire causing damage to property.

What the dealer will do

Dealers will install an additional module which will isolate power supply in the event of a malfunction.

Transport Canada recall 2010343 · manufacturer campaign RA-04-0014

8 October 2010

Transport Canada lists: DB 9 2007–2008 · DBS 2007–2008 · Vantage 2007–2008

What is wrong

On certain vehicles, the front bottom suspension arm cam bolts may be out of specification. The bolts may be too hard due to incorrect heat treatment and may be prone to snap off along their shank. This failure could allow the lower control arm to move, which will influence the driver's steering control of the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

What the dealer will do

Dealers will replace the front suspension lower control arm cam bolts.
