What is wrong

On certain buses, the lower window on the enter door may have the wrong glazing. Canadian regulations require certain glazing to be used on the entry door.

Why it matters

Incorrect glazing could reduce visibility and increase the risk of a crash.

What the dealer will do

ABC Bus Inc. will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions for how to install a non-transparent vinyl cover over the window, as necessary. Alternatively, you may schedule an appointment to have the inspection and repairs performed at an authorized ABC Bus Inc. service location.

What is wrong

On certain buses, the material used to make the front steering knuckle carriers may not meet specifications. Under certain circumstances, the steering knuckle carriers could crack, potentially causing the wheel to separate from the vehicle. This would increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property.

What the dealer will do

Dealers will inspect and replace the steering knuckle carriers as necessary.
