Good news: Recall repairs cost you nothing. Book with any manufacturer dealer and quote the recall number — they are required to do the work free of charge, with no time limit and regardless of how many owners the car has had.
Note: This lookup is by make, model and year, so it lists every recall issued for that vehicle — not all of which will apply to your exact build. A dealer can confirm what is outstanding on your VIN in a minute.

Transport Canada recall 2026355 · manufacturer campaign SN737

20 July 2026

Transport Canada lists: Commander 4000 2019–2026 · Commander 5000 2019–2026 · Commander 6000 2019–2026 · General 2019–2026

What is wrong

On certain digger derricks, the pole guide plate may not have been welded properly. As a result, the weld could crack, and the retaining pin could separate. If this happens, the pole guide arm could fall.

Why it matters

A pole guide arm that falls could create a risk of injury to people nearby.

What the dealer will do

Terex will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions for how to inspect and replace the pole guide plate, as necessary. Terex advises you to perform a daily inspection of the pole guide plate welds, and not to use the digger derrick if a weld is cracked.
