What is wrong

On a small number of RV trailers, the inverter may not have been grounded.

Why it matters

An inverter that's not grounded could create a risk of shock or electrocution. This could also create the risk of a fire.

What the dealer will do

To reduce the safety risk, Jayco advises not to use the inverter until the recall repairs have been completed. Jayco will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your RV trailer to a dealership to install a ground for the inverter.
