Good news: Recall repairs cost you nothing. Book with any manufacturer dealer and quote the recall number — they are required to do the work free of charge, with no time limit and regardless of how many owners the car has had.
Note: This lookup is by make, model and year, so it lists every recall issued for that vehicle — not all of which will apply to your exact build. A dealer can confirm what is outstanding on your VIN in a minute.

Transport Canada recall 2023619 · manufacturer campaign R23CU-C

21 November 2023

Transport Canada lists: All 2016–2025

What is wrong

On certain school buses, the restraining barrier between the entrance door and the first seat may not meet the energy absorption requirements of Canadian regulations.

Why it matters

A barrier that doesn't properly absorb energy could increase the risk of injury to passengers in a crash.

What the dealer will do

Blue Bird will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions and a repair kit to properly secure the restraining barrier to the floor.
