What is wrong

On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the brake wear warning light not to turn on when the brake pads require replacement. Canadian regulations require the warning indicator to stay on when the brakes are worn.

Why it matters

Driving a vehicle with worn out brakes could increase the risk of a crash.

Jaguar will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the vehicle software.
