What is wrong

On certain motorcycles, vibrations may cause the horn bracket to crack and break. If this happens, the horn may interfere with operation of the motorcycle or fall to the road.

Why it matters

A horn assembly that detaches could create a driver distraction or cause problems operating the motorcycle. This could increase the risk of a crash. A horn that detaches from a moving vehicle could create a hazard for other drivers and nearby people.

What the dealer will do

Honda will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to a dealer to replace the horn and horn attachment bracket.
