What is wrong

On certain vehicles, the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) warning light may not turn on when the tire pressure is low. Driving a vehicle with low tire pressure could lead to poor handling and/or a tire failure.

Why it matters

Poor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash.

What the dealer will do

To reduce the safety risk, Aston Martin recommends that you should check the tire pressure and ensure that it matches the pressures listed on the tire and loading information label located inside the driver's door jamb. Aston Martin will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the TPMS software.

What is wrong

On certain vehicles, the pin(s) for the torque reaction link(s) may not have been manufactured correctly. As a result, the pin(s) could slide out of the rear lower suspension arm(s) and cause them to crack or break. If this happens, there could be a loss of vehicle control and/or damage to other suspension components and rear brakes.

Why it matters

A loss of vehicle control could increase the risk of a crash. Damaged brakes could cause extended stopping distances and increase the risk of a crash.

What the dealer will do

Aston Martin will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the rear torque reaction link bolts. The dealer will also inspect and replace any damaged parts, as necessary.

What is wrong

On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the rearview camera image not to display properly. Canadian regulations require the rearview image to display when the transmission is shifted into reverse gear.

Why it matters

A rearview camera image that doesn't display properly could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash.

What the dealer will do

Aston Martin will notify owners by mail and send a wireless over-the-air software update to eligible vehicles to update the head unit software. Alternatively, you may schedule an appointment to have the update performed at an Aston Martin dealership.
