Structure

On certain buses, the entrance door and driver's window body panels may not have been attached correctly. As a result, the bus may not meet the joint strength requirements of Canadian regulations, and the panels could separate in a crash.
A body joint that separates in a crash could increase the risk of injury.
What the dealer will do: International Motors will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your bus to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, add rivets to the affected joints.

On certain trucks, the cable connection at the battery auxiliary post could contact the hold-down bracket. If this happens, there could be a short circuit. Note: This recall replaces Transport Canada recall no. 2025-428. Trucks that were repaired under that recall also require this repair.
A short circuit could increase the risk of a fire.
What the dealer will do: International Motors will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to insulate the battery hold down bracket and install spacers between the batteries.

On certain trucks, the passenger-side mirror glass may not be attached properly. As a result, the mirror glass could fall off. Note: This recall only affects certain trucks equipped with a heated trailer tow mirror.
A missing mirror will reduce rear visibility and could increase the risk of a crash.
What the dealer will do: FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to replace the passenger side mirror glass.

On certain vehicles, the steel wheel(s) may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the wheel(s) could crack and separate, causing a loss of control.
A loss of control could create the risk of a crash. A wheel that separates could create a road hazard for others.
What the dealer will do: FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the steel wheel(s) and valve stem(s).

On certain vehicles, water could leak into the rearview camera and cause the rearview camera image not to display properly or at all.
A rearview camera image that doesn't display properly could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash.
What the dealer will do: Land Rover will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the rearview camera. The dealer will also add drainage holes to the tailgate trim.

On certain vehicles, the compliance label may list the wrong gross axle weight rating (GAWR) information. This could lead you to overload the vehicle and cause poor handling or a tire failure. Note: This recall only affects models equipped with 22-inch wheels.
Poor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of vehicle control and result in a crash.
What the dealer will do: The company will notify owners by mail and provide you with a new compliance label. If you'd like help to install it, you can contact a dealer to have it installed free of charge.

On certain fire trucks, a software problem could cause the drive pump transfer case to disengage. If this happens, there could be a sudden loss of power to the wheels.
A sudden loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. This could also delay emergency response and increase the risk of injury.
What the dealer will do: E-ONE will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your fire truck to a dealership to update the vehicle multiplex software.

Lights And Instruments

This recall is for certain integrated trailer modules that were installed before delivery or purchased from a dealer as an aftermarket accessory. On certain vehicles, a software problem with the integrated trailer module (ITRM) may cause the trailer lights not to work when towing. This problem could also cause the trailer brakes not to work on certain vehicles. Note: This problem would cause a "Trailer brake module fault" message to be displayed and turn signal telltale to flash rapidly.
Trailer lights that don't work could make the vehicle less visible and cause following drivers not to recognize that the vehicle is braking or intends to turn or change lanes. These issues could increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, a loss of trailer brakes could increase the risk of a crash.
What the dealer will do: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the ITRM software.

On certain vehicles, the repairs completed by a Ford dealer during customer satisfaction program 20N11 may not be effective. As a result, a second repair is required. On certain vehicles, the roof rail covers could become loose and detach while driving. Note: This recall is an expansion of Transport Canada recall no. 2021-267. Vehicles repaired under that recall don't require this repair.
A roof rail cover that detaches while driving could create a hazard for other road users and increase the risk of a crash.
What the dealer will do: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, secure the roof rail covers.

On certain vehicles, the driver's seat could recline on its own when using certain remote features including remote door unlocking, remote start and/or approaching the vehicle with the key fob. As a result, the second-row passenger could become trapped between the seat and the seatback. Note: This recall only affects certain vehicles equipped with memory seats.
A seat that reclines on its own could increase the risk of injury and/or entrapment.
What the dealer will do: Ford will notify owners by mail. The corrective actions for this recall are under development.

On certain vehicles the recall repairs completed by a Ford dealer during recall 25S67 (Transport Canada recall no. 2025-328) may not be effective. As a result, a second repair is required. On certain vehicles, the trim for the seat fold switch on the second-row outboard seats could become stuck. If this happens, the seat(s) could fold and/or move unexpectedly. Note: This recall replaces Transport Canada recall no. 2025-328. Vehicles that were repaired under that recall also require this repair.
A seat that folds and/or moves could increase the risk of injury in a crash.
What the dealer will do: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the seat fold switch trim and housing for one with an improved design.
